The Silver Lining: By overdosing on Xarelto (anti-coagulant) and Gabapentin (generic nerve painkiller), I will die. Xarelto will cause internal bleeding, but the Gabapentin should alleviate any associated pain.

Peaceful & Painless, just for what I’ve been hoping, seeking.
